Almond Flour Honey Cake

A decadent nutty cake with only honey as its sweetener

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Almond flour or ground almonds
  • 50 g olive oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 g honey
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Beat eggs and honey
  2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients
  3. Heat oven to 160 degrees
  4. Pour into a single cake or 12 muffin mould and bake
