Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy for Women
Personalised Nutrition for a Balanced Body and Mind
Empathy • Inspiration • Scientific Integrity
The complex shifts in our bodies at any age can be frustrating and overwhelming.
Many of us struggle with weight gain, low energy, hormone imbalances, digestive problems and high blood sugar. There are also more and more women dealing with autoimmune conditions, thyroid, bone strength or cardiovascular issues. The good news is that small, doable and enjoyable nutrition and lifestyle changes can lead to transformation that really matters.
We all know how easy it is to find a lot of conflicting generic information about nutrition, and this can be confusing and frustrating. Being clear about exactly what you want to change, and then finding precisely what will work for you as a unique individual is a really the best place to start.
I am a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and I support women’s health with science and evidence-based nutritional therapy, and deeply personalised guidance that you can implement in your own kitchen and daily life.
You and I decide together what changes you would realistically like to make and I closely support you to make them happen. We find what fits in with your lifestyle, and aligns with your life stage, unique physiology and health history.
I incorporate genetic and functional testing, where appropriate, to personalise nutrition, lifestyle and therapeutic strategies in a measurable and targeted way.
You should feel empowered, and not overwhelmed. I want you to enjoy your journey toward feeling strong, clear-headed, and at home in your body.
I'm Gail.
I am a CNHC and BANT Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and health coach. I support women’s health through a blend of clinical nutrition science and its real life implementation.
Personal experience with complex health challenges has given me a deep appreciation for the power of feeling heard, understood, and supported. It is this perspective that underpins the way I work with every one of my clients.
I now accompany other women in making realistic changes that align with their lives. Together, we cut through the frustration and create a clear, measurable path.
How I can support you
Personalised Nutritional Therapy
One to one Nutritional Therapy is tailored to your individual goals, circumstances and lifestyle, and designed to fit easily into your daily routine. This approach therefore feels achievable and sustainable, rather than restrictive or overwhelming. I provide guidance that is personal to you rather than a one-size-fits-all solution. Whether you’d like to address a particular health concern, want to feel more energised, or simply work towards long-term well-being, I can assist in the right way.
As your nutritional therapist, my aim is to empower you with the knowledge, tools and confidence to make lasting changes that have a meaningful impact on your health, energy, and quality of life.
DNA Testing
Learning about your unique genes provides a fascinating window into your individual body. The genes tested in these nutrigenomic tests can all be modified with diet and lifestyle intervention. This empowers you to manage your health without the guesswork.
Alongside the genetic strengths and vulnerabilities your test reveals, we look at your health history, and your current health, diet and lifestyle.
With this information you and I are able to talk about how to implement an entirely personalised nutrition and lifestyle strategy to optimise your health.
Self-Paced Programmes
Not everyone can fit one-to-one nutritional therapy into a busy schedule. You may prefer to begin with structured nutrition and lifestyle guidance in a format that allows you to learn at your own pace, while still having professional support available if you want it.
This is evidence-based naturopathic nutrition that is accessible, flexible and genuinely supportive, wherever you are on your health journey.
My structured online nutrition programmes feature expert-led education, self-paced modules and live sessions. There will always be the option to add one-to-one consultations at any stage.
