I work with clients on a one-to-one basis. I am based in Cape Town and I work with clients online in the UK and Italy too.

Each of my 3 programme levels below is tailored specifically to you and your health goals.

The programmes extend over 3 months and include support and guidance, a personalised nutrition plan, meal planning resources, targeted supplement suggestions and practical lifestyle recommendations.

This is for you if:

This programme provides:

  • a 3-month personalised nutrition membership.
  • once monthly consultations
  • ongoing contact between consultations via email and WhatsApp 

Enhanced

This is for you if:

  • you are ready to begin making small but sustainable changes to your diet and lifestyle for lifelong optimal wellbeing.
  • you have already begun your health journey, and now need a partner to help you take it to the next level.
  • You want to learn how to plan nourishing meals, that suit you and your lifestyle: a long-term solution.
  • you are overwhelmed by too much conflicting nutritional information and want to focus on what would work best for you.

This programme provides:

  • an enhanced level of support to steer you to success with your health goals.
  • fortnightly consultations
  • email and WhatsApp contact between consultations.
  • personalised nutrition and lifestyle guidance and behaviour change.

  • Blood and Functional tests analysis and interpretation
  • Blood sugar balancing with a Continuous Glucose Monitor . I assist with monitoring and interpretation at no added charge on the “All-in plan”.
