My Story

My progression into Nutritional Therapy began after we discovered my young son’s constant illness was a result of food intolerances. One of my favourite hobbies had always been time in my kitchen, creating wholesome (Italian) food for my family and friends. But my creativity in the kitchen needed a major upgrade to help him. It was then that we witnessed firsthand the power of food in our wellbeing.

Weathering my own hormone storm during perimenopause pushed my learning further, evolving into an academic passion for me. A three year diploma in Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy, and then a BSC (hons) degree in Nutritional Therapy formalised my passion into a career, and qualified me to share with others how to achieve optimal wellness through food and healthy daily habits.

I have also learned along the way, in my own life, how important it is to be heard, and guided. This is fundamental to how I work. I listen to, and care about the ‘person’ I am working with. While I have knowledge to share, I also recognise that my clients are the experts on their bodies, and lives. I am there as part of the team, to make the nutrition and lifestyle science fit into a real person’s life
