It is easy to find a lot of conflicting nutrition information and it can be confusing and frustrating. The solution is clarity about exactly what you want to change, and then finding precisely what will work for you, as a unique individual.
I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner registered with the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), and I support women in this life phase with evidence-based nutritional therapy, and deeply personalised guidance you can implement in your own kitchen and daily life.
Alongside a comprehensive nutrition and lifestyle assessment, you’ll be listened to and supported to make realistic changes that nourish your body and align with your life stage and unique physiology and health history.
I incorporate genetic testing, where appropriate, to personalise nutrition, lifestyle, and therapeutic strategies in a measurable and targeted way.

a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I support women’s health through a blend of clinical nutrition science and realistic, kitchen to table implementation.
Through my own experience, I know how it feels to need to be listened to and supported. I now accompany other women in making realistic changes that align with their lives. Together, we cut through the frustration and create a clear, measurable path.
